Do You send Invoice?
- Yes, to every package there is invoice attached.


Can I have my invoice in electronic versio?
- Yes, when buyer assent to send electronic version of invoice, seller is alloud to do this.


How to place an order?

How long does it last to delivery the order?
- Delivery takes about 6 weeks from the payment.


What is the cost of shipment?
- In the case of contracts for an amount less than 1000 AED, the seller gets a lump sum in the amount of 300AED, which is added to the invoice. Orders in excess of 1000 AED are sent at the expense of the Seller. In both cases, the vendor is courier. Delivery time is about 6 weeks.


Do You sell used products as well?
- No! We sell only new products.


Can I collect my order personaly?
- Yes, there is this kind of option.


Can I cancel my order?
- You are able to do this as long as order hasn't been accepted to realisation. Please cotact us as soon as possible.


Can I modify my order after placing it?
- You are able to do this as long as order hasn't been accepted to realisation.


Is it possible to send my order to a different address  than the one that have been given on registration process?
- Yes. You should give us such information before shipping.


I have lost my invoice, can I have duplicate?
- Yes, we can send You a duplicate.


What payment methods do You accept?
- We accept only pre-paid.
